Boutique firm Rahman Lowe Solicitors has a strong track record representing clients before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. ‘Commercial, thorough and pragmatic’ Jahad Rahman, who jointly leads the practice with Sarah Lowe, successfully represented a former senior branch partner of real estate agency Spicerhaart in a constructive dismissal and whistleblowing claim.

Rahman and Lowe successfully assisted four managers with an unlawful wage deduction claim brought against the Royal Mail before the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
