Rahman Lowe & CIPD seminar – Ill health dismissals

On 31 January 2017, Jahad Rahman of Rahman Lowe Solicitors was invited to speak at an event in association with the CIPD on ill-health dismissals at the University of East London.

Jahad Rahman provided delegates with an overview of the law relating to ill-health dismissals, which are the most frequently encountered examples of capability dismissals. He also provided practical tips on managing sickness absence and avoiding claims under the Equality Act 2010.
