Rahman Lowe & CIPD seminar – Employment Law Update
On 3 October 2017, Jahad Rahman of Rahman Lowe Solicitors was invited to speak at an Employment Law event in association with the CIPD North London branch at the Hilton Hotel in Angel, London.
Jahad Rahman provided delegates with an overview of the latest developments in employment law, including the implications of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of R (on the Application of UNISON) v The Lord Chancellor [2017] UKSC 51 and the Court of Appeal in the case of Chesterton Global Ltd v Nurmohamed 2017 IRLR 837 CA).
He also provided delegates with practical advice, tips and guidance. In addition, the session explored the major changes to employment legislation expected in 2018, including Gender Pay Gap Reporting and the General Data Protection Regulations.
