CIPD Event – Equal Pay and Gender Pay Gap Reporting
On 17 January 2018, Jahad Rahman of Rahman Lowe Solicitors was invited to speak at an Employment Law event in association with the CIPD East London branch in Canary Wharf.
Jahad Rahman provided delegates with an overview of the complex area of equal pay. The session also explored the differences between equal pay claims and the gender pay reporting obligations, which require employers to publish their reports by 4 April 2018.
