CIPD seminar – Ill health dismissals

We hosted an Employment Law seminar on ill-health dismissals in association with the CIPD on 9 February 2016 at Canary Wharf.

Jahad Rahman provided delegates with an overview of the law relating to capability and in particular, ill-health dismissals, which are the most frequently encountered examples of capability dismissals. He also provided practical tips on managing short and long term sickness absence.
