Unfair dismissal award to increase to £76,574
Employment Law update: A new statutory instrument is to take effect after 6 April 2014 introducing a rise in unfair dismissal awards, most notably the maximum compensatory award rising from £74,200 to £76,574. The minimum statutory redundancy payment will also increase from £450 to £464. For more details, click on the link below:
